Terms of Use
By using AleefPaw you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is operated by Mohamed Al Qudah. Current target market: Jordan (JO). This is general information, not legal advice, and does not claim compliance with any specific law or app-store requirement.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service and create an account. We do not claim automated age verification.
2. Role of the platform
AleefPaw provides community tools, adoption / lost / rescue listings, a clinic and store directory, and booking/order facilitation where features are available.
AleefPaw is not the final seller, not a veterinarian, not a veterinary emergency service, not a rescuer, and not a guarantor of adoption outcomes or of goods/services between parties.
Pro subscriptions and paid promotion are currently unavailable in the app. They are not offered as purchasable or manageable features in the current product mode.
3. Your responsibilities and content
- Keep your account secure and your information accurate.
- You are responsible for content and transactions you initiate.
- Fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, misleading listings, animal abuse, illegal animal trading, and other unlawful activity are prohibited.
- You may report violating content or users, and block other users, using in-product tools where available.
4. Content and transactions
Transactions between users and merchants (including cash-on-delivery where applicable) and clinic bookings are between those parties; the platform provides technology only. Availability and professional quality are the responsibility of the business involved.
5. Health and medications
The app does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or urgent veterinary advice. Medical or pharmacy information entered by users or merchants is their responsibility. Do not rely on the platform for medical or emergency decisions.
6. Merchant responsibility
Clinics and stores are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, catalogs, prices, hours, and commitments to customers, and for complying with applicable professional and local rules. Listing in the directory is not a medical endorsement by AleefPaw.
7. Moderation and account restrictions
We may restrict or suspend accounts or hide content for violations of these Terms, abuse, or user safety, using reporting and moderation tools. Suspension or restriction is not account deletion.
8. Account deletion
You may request account deletion in the app (for eligible self-delete users) or via the account deletion request page. Some requests may need manual review. We do not promise a fixed processing period. Deleting your AleefPaw account does not automatically cancel any external app-store subscriptions if those exist later.
9. Child safety (CSAE / CSAM)
AleefPaw prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and related conduct. See the Child Safety Standards page for details and reporting.
10. Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” within reasonable limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or specific outcomes from listings or transactions.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms. The version published on this website is the current public reference, with the effective / last-updated date shown above.
